Business Operations during Coronavius (COVID-19) pandemic status

The safety and well-being of our members, employees, and general public is very important to us at Burke-Divide Electric Cooperative (BDEC).

In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic status, we will continue to operate our business as usual; however, we are taking several precautionary measures to safeguard the health of our members, employees, and their families.

At this time, all cooperative offices are closed to the general public.  Please call us at 1-800-472-2983 or email us at bdec@bdec.coop with any questions or requests.  Calls for service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We encourage members to make payments through our SmartHub application or our secure phone payment system (1-844-209-7158).  Information regarding all payment options can be found on the Manage My Account page.

We will continue to keep up-to-date with information regarding COVID-19 and follow recommendations from federal and state agencies.  We will provide updates to the cooperative’s business operations through our website and social media channels.
