To establish a new electric service or assume responsibility for an existing service, please choose from one of the following options.
New members should complete an Individual or Business Membership Application. If a new service and meter are required at your location, complete a New Service Request as well.
BDEC may require a deposit per meter prior to service being connected or transferred. The amount of the deposit is based upon the rate schedule assigned to a meter.
