BDEC offers low-interest loans to members who are installing energy conservation measures, electric heating, air conditioning, heat pumps, electric crop drying, major appliances and other equipment. 75% of the cost of windows and siding are eligible to be financed by the Member Loan Program.
Loans up to $10,000 are available at the Federal Prime Interest rate on the issue date of the loan.
