SmartHub gets facelift

For those who don’t know, SmartHub is the mobile and online account management system Burke-Divide Electric Cooperative (BDEC) offers our members. SmartHub has been around for a few years and is going through its first major redesign.

The update applies to the web version of SmartHub and primarily focuses on the underlying technology behind SmartHub. Members will see updated graphics and menus when accessing accounts through SmartHub on the web.

The mobile app’s look will remain the same. The SmartHub upgrade for BDEC is scheduled for mid-December. Your SmartHub login and account information will remain the same.

Not a SmartHub user? Sign up today! SmartHub allows you to manage all aspects of your account on your computer or mobile device. With SmartHub, you can view detailed usage information, make payments, sign up for automatic payments, update your address and report issues in a secure environment with the touch of a button from your mobile device or personal computer.
