Burke-Divide Electric Cooperative, Inc., a cooperative corporation under the laws of the State of North Dakota (“Seller”) will receive bids delivered to the undersigned on the following described items:
Bids: All bids must be submitted in writing and received on or before 4:30 p.m. on September 25. The bidder must sign bids and must include the bidder’s mailing address, email address, and telephone number.

Bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m. on September 30.
Terms: The high bidders will be notified by October 1. Items must be paid for and removed from Cooperative property by 4:30 p.m. on October 15. Property is located at the Cooperative’s headquarters in Columbus and is being sold “where is” and “as is”.
