Burke-Divide Electric Cooperative is proud to announce the recipients of our Sharing Success, Rural Development Finance Corporation (RDFC) and Operation Round Up grants.
Sharing Success Grants
The Bowbells Volunteer Fire Department was awarded $7,500 to use toward the purchase of a new water tanker truck.
The Kenmare Food Pantry was awarded $7,500 to use for sidewalk replacement at the food pantry.
Lignite Community Builders was awarded $7,500 to use toward remodeling the community center kitchen.
The Sharing Success grants are awarded in partnership with Basin Electric Power Cooperative and CoBank.
Rural Development Finance Corporation (RDFC)
The Bowbells Volunteer Fire Department received $1,000 to use toward the purchase of a new water tanker truck.
The International Fitness Center in Portal received $1,000 to use toward exercise equipment.
Operation Round Up
The Powers Lake High School Robotics Club was awarded $1,000 to assist with startup costs.
The Powers Lake Ambulance was awarded $940 to purchase a defibrillator.
Lignite Community Builders was awarded $1,195 to use toward remodeling the community center kitchen.
