In partnership with CoBank and Basin Electric Power Cooperative, Burke-Divide Electric Cooperative awarded $22,500 in grants to organizations within the cooperative’s service area.
- The Columbus Rural Fire Protection District received $4,500 to replace four self-contained breathing apparatus canisters.
- The Kenmare Fire Department received $3,000 to upgrade the bumper on the pumper truck.
- The Powers Lake Rural Fire Department received $15,000 to purchase a side-by-side equipped with firefighting and emergency medical services equipment.
